At éS Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing them in a shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
